Another simple way to skim the calories off the top of your diet is to use spices like nutmeg or cinnamon to flavor your coffee instead of cream and sugar. You would be surprised at how much that adds up! Finally, start using smaller dishes when you are eating and drinking. For instance, if you use a smaller juice glass as opposed to a taller one, then you are much less likely to drink more calories in your morning glass of juice. So easy!
