Yes, that is right, my friends. All you Simpsons fans, which I think pretty much may be everybody, can now have the voice of Homer on your TomTom, meaning that you can download this voice to your GPS for $12.95. That is something that I am totally looking forward to because I grew up in the era of The Simpsons - in my opinion, back when they were good. This, of course, was about 10 years ago, and I still remember how incredibly popular that they were. I guess that they are still popular now, but I don't really watch The Simpsons as much because I feel like it is not the same quality that it once was. You know that point where it feels like the jokes have been done before? Sad to say, but that is how I feel about the Simpsons now.
This doesn't mean that I am not totally overjoyed to have Homer directing me wherever I am driving! I actually alternate between using my TomTom and the GPS on my iPhone because it really is just handy to use my phone to direct me. Either way, this is a really cool idea to have Homer's voice on your GPS, and I'm sure that it's going to be really popular.
