I have to confess that I have been seriously struggling with finding the best workout motivation, and then I finally got the bright idea to beef up my playlists on my iPod. This actually did wonders for me because it made my time on the treadmill feel like it was flying by. I had to really work on deciding the right mix of music because you definitely want something that can pump you up and have a good beat. So far, my top two favorites are the Beastie Boys and Rihanna for having the best variety of music to keep me moving.
I know that they are on two ends of the music spectrum, but I have to say that I have an eclectic taste in all musical genres. I guess that is the benefit that you can draw from the technology of the great iPod in accessing a huge range of tunes for all of your needs. This has really helped me to get my butt in gear, literally, and mix it up in the gym with weights, running, and bicycling. I am so fit now that I feel like Liquid Metal Man. This is something I recommend to all wannabe fitness pros!
